✔ Specifically engineered for highly abrasive, high-density slurries in mining, metallurgy, power generation, and heavy-media transport. Wet-end components are available in high-chromium alloy (Metal) or natural rubber (Rubber) liners.
✔Complete size coverage from 1.5/1B to 20/18TU specifications, with flow rates up to 5,400 m³/h and head pressure up to 68 m.
✔ Available in both AH (metal-lined) and AHR (rubber-lined) configurations,with hydraulic efficiency matching international industry standards.

·Heavy-Duty Shaft Assembly: A large-diameter shaft combined with a short, optimized overhang minimizes shaft deflection and vibration. This ensures high structural rigidity, guaranteeing reliable performance under high-power operations.
· Hardened Shaft Sleeve Protection: A hardened, corrosion-resistant stainless steel shaft sleeve, fitted with heavy-duty O-rings at both ends, completely seals and protects the shaft from premature wear and chemical erosion.
·Hydraulic Efficiency Back-Vanes: The closed impeller features front and rear expelling (deputy) vanes. This specialized design reduces stuffing box pressure, minimizes slurry recirculation, and prevents solids from building up near the shaft seal.
·Reinforced Ductile Iron Casing: Outer casing halves are cast from high-strength ductile iron and fitted with radial reinforcing ribs, allowing the pump casing to safely withstand extreme high-pressure demands.
·Premium Wear-Resistant Metallurgy & Elastomers: Overcurrent wet-end components (impellers, throatbushes, liners) are cast from premium high-chromium alloy (A05, A49, Cr27) or molded from wear-resistant natural rubber, significantly extending the pump’s wear life.
·Fully Interchangeable Liners: Elastomer (rubber) and metal wear liners are fully interchangeable and can be mixed and matched within the same pump casing to suit different liquid pH values and abrasive profiles.
·Wide Flow Channel Impeller: Impellers feature widened internal flow passages and concave vane design, which reduces internal turbulence, increases throughput capacity, and decreases localized wear rates.
·Adaptable Shaft Sealing Options: To accommodate varying site conditions, the VF-AH supports multiple sealing methods: dynamic expeller seals (no gland water needed), traditional packing gland seals, and highly reliable mechanical seals.
