The Founder’s Story
From Design Institute Blueprints to the Foundry Floor
Vflu was not founded by generic traders, but by an engineer who understands the entire piping system.
Before founding Vflu, our founder, Alex , spent 11 years as a professional Water Supply and Drainage Engineer. His career began at the prestigious Institute of Planning and Design, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and progressed through years of complex piping and hydraulic system design at the Beijing Victory Design Institute.
During those 11 years of calculating head losses, drafting P&IDs, and leading engineering projects, Alex noticed a recurring industry problem:
Many operators faced premature pump failures, cavitation, or excessive wear-parts costs simply because of incorrect pump sizing or poor metallurgy from trading agencies who didn’t understand fluid mechanics.
To bridge this gap, Alex transitioned from the drafting board to the foundry, establishing Vflu to bring engineering precision back to slurry pump manufacturing.
