Sealless Cantilevered Design | Vertical Submerged Installation | Meets Warman® SP/SPR Standards

✔ Specially designed for sumps, pits, tanks and drainage ponds. The pump operates directly submerged in the slurry, requiring no shaft seal or flush water, which minimizes maintenance requirements.
✔Comprehensive size coverage from 40P-SP to 250T-SP,delivering flow rates up to 1,089 m³/h, a maximum head of 37 meters, and power configurations from 15 kW to 200 kW.

✔ Available in both SP (metal-lined) and SPR (rubber-lined) configurations. Engineered for conveying abrasive,large-particle slurries, corrosive liquids, and solid-laden wastewater.

·Continuous Run-Dry Capability: Safely runs dry or operates under insufficient suction conditions without any risk of damage to mechanical components.
·High-Performance Double-Suction Impeller: Semi-open double suction design induces fluid flow from both top and bottom, significantly reducing axial thrust loads on bearings.
·Interchangeable Metal & Rubber Wet Parts: Available with high-chrome alloy casing/impellers (SP) or fully molded natural rubber liners (SPR) for handling corrosive chemicals and large particles.
·Grease-Lubricated Heavy Bearing Assembly: High-capacity bearing cartridge designed with heavy-duty grease lubrication, sealed tightly against dust and humidity for long service intervals.
·Optional Suction Pipe Extension: A bolt-on suction pipe can be easily installed below the intake to drain deeper pits and tunnels efficiently.
· Convenient Impeller Clearance Adjustment: Easy adjustment of the impeller clearance is achieved via standard adjustment shims between the bearing housing and support plate.
·Versatile Installation Methods: Can be rigidly mounted on support plates over sumps or suspended for portable pit-draining operations.
